I love running, snapping photos, and blogging. Although I have not been active in either subjects, I have been busy pursuing a new career in teaching and starting my family.

The Cause
What Does It Cost To Have One Of These Diseases? Leukemia impacts every area of a patient’s life and the lives of their families. Having leukemia means painful treatments and emotional challenges for the patient and their family. While a family is dealing with all of these issues, they are also dealing with the financial costs. The following is a list of expenses associated with diagnosis and treatment during the first week only compiled by a patient’s family.
