Well...it was more like running and splashing in the puddles with delight! That is until it starting raining heavily. I did manage to run 1.25 miles in the rain at the track and my husband came along to boot. He managed to jog half a mile and walked a lap. It's super for the both of us!
Wait a minute there Gabby, I thought you were suppose to go to go to the gym tonight? Technically we did go, but my husband did not have a guest pass he thought he had and neither of us carried a credit card to pay for my membership. So the next best thing was to run for free in the rain on an empty track. It was great!
Now I'm sitting at home nice and dry icing my knee. Yay!

Outstanding...sounds like you had fun!
Hi Gabby, I wish I could of been smarter with training but we live to learn and sometimes the hard way. Running's fun but can be hard to like when we're gimps. I hope to see you running healthy again soon. Great to hear (read) you enthusiasm beginning to run again.
